Hi,
I was wondering if there are any commands to use to get detailed data for the behavior. I already understand how to get the inter-event-interval. But it kinda tells limited information. I want to know at which time point the animal did what behavior. For example, if this is an FR1 schedule, at time 0.00 sec, the session starts. At time 2.50 sec, the animal did first nose poke in. at time 2.52 sec, the animal did first nose poke out. Subsequently, at time 2.50 sec, there is food delivery. At time 3.60 sec, the animal did first magazine entry, etc. If this is possible, it would greatly help my data analysis.
Also, is it possible to pull out data directly into excel instead of text file?
